1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all orders and transactions made with Vishal Enterprise for Semi Husked Coconuts, Wet Dates, Seedless Dates, Premium Emirates Dates, Mix Dry Fruit, Dry Fig, Dry Apricot, Whole Husked Coconut, Sweet Tamarind, and other related products.

  • By placing an order, the buyer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Quality & Standards

  • All products are sourced and packed under strict quality control to ensure freshness, hygiene, and authenticity.

  • Natural variations in size, color, and taste may occur as these are agricultural products.

  • Vishal Enterprise does not guarantee exact uniformity in natural produce.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.

  • All payments must be made in full as per the agreed terms before dispatch, unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or other mutually agreed modes.

4. Packaging & Weight

  • Products are packed in standard export-quality packaging unless otherwise specified.

  • Minor variations in net weight due to moisture loss or natural drying are considered acceptable.

  • Custom packaging requirements can be accommodated upon prior request, subject to additional cost.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Vishal Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by transport strikes, customs clearance, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond control.

  • Risk and responsibility pass to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter/shipping agent.

6. Inspection & Claims

  • Buyers are requested to inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

  • Any claims regarding shortage, damage, or quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.

  • Vishal Enterprise reserves the right to verify claims before processing replacements or adjustments.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of products (coconuts, dates, figs, apricots, tamarind, dry fruits), returns are generally not accepted.

  • Replacements may be considered only in case of genuine quality issues reported within the claim period.

8. Compliance & Certification

  • Products comply with applicable food safety, packaging, and export-import standards.

  • Buyers must ensure compliance with local import regulations in their respective countries.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Vishal Enterprise shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or resale of products.

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
